Do I have to issue a PMARESET if I change the selects on the clock multiplexers using the TX/RXCLKMODE attributes?
Yes, a PMARESET should be issued if the clock multiplexer values are changed. There is a possibility of glitching when these are changed. Once PMARESET is issued, please follow the initialization sequence outlined in (Xilinx Answer 21012).
