When creating a schematic design for a Spartan-3E project, I am unable to select the obuft4, obuft8, or obuft16 macro symbols.

The obuft4, obuft8, and obuft16 are valid macros for the Spartan-3E family. However, they were inadvertently left out of the Spartan-3E category file and therefore do not show up in the list of available symbols.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 7.1i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 7.1i Service Pack 3.
