General Description:
The FFT and Viterbi blocks cause a segmentation fault when ISE 7.1.03i (Service Pack 3) or 7.i.04i (Service Pack 4) are used with System Generator for DSP.

Solution

This problem is due to a change in several ISE libraries used by System Generator.

This has been fixed in System Generator for DSP Path 7.1.01.p01. Please see (Xilinx Answer 21783) for more information.
