Can ISE Simulator read third-party binary files?

Solution

ISE Simulator 11.1 and earlier cannot read binary files written by third-party tools. ISE Simulator can only read binary files written by ISE Simulator itself.

Starting ISE Simulator 11.2 and newer, ISim can read binary files written by the user or any other 3rd party tool.
