AR# 22497 11.1 EDK - XPS Error: "libportability.dll was not found"

Description

When I attempt to run EDK, I receive the following error:

"libportability.dll was not found"

I reinstalled EDK, but it did not resolve the problem.

Solution

Ensure that the PATH variable includes "%XILINX%\lib\nt", where %XILINX% is the path to your ISE installation directory and is properly defined.
