8.1i ISE - I am unable to drag-and-drop files from Windows Explorer into Project Navigator to open the files

In 7.1i and previous releases, I would drag files out of Windows Explorer and drop them into the workspace of Project Navigator to open them. For 8.1i, it appears this feature has been disabled and Project Navigator does not allow drag-and-drop support to open files.
Solution
This feature will be added to Project Navigator in the latest ISE 8.1i Service Pack, available at:http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.1i Service Pack 1.
Note that in order to open a file using the drag-n-drop method, the file must be dropped in an open location of the user window. If the file is dropped over an open text file, the directory location of the source is copied to the open file.
