8.1i CORE Generator - Selecting View Version information for a specified IP Core results in "ERROR:sim:165 - Could not find version info"

If an IP core is selected from the CORE Generator GUI, information is displayed about the core and several links. One of these links is named "View Version Information." When I select the View Version Information link, the following error occurs:

"ERROR:sim:165 - Could not find version info"

Solution

Each new revision of an IP core includes an html version information document that lists the changes and improvements over the previous core revision. If the core specified is the first revision of that particular core, there will be no version information file.
