General Description:
When I run speedprint on my -6Q speed grade device, it reports a range of -40 to 85 degrees C, but the data sheet indicates a range of -40 to 125 degrees C. When is this going to be fixed?
Solution
This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.1i Service Pack available at:http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.1i Service Pack 1.
