LogiCORE Packet Queue - Flushing too many packets causes data corruption

Flushing too many packets causes data corruption.

When the application flushes more packets from a channel than are stored in that channel, it can cause the core to output corrupted data. The application must implement controls necessary to avoid this condition. One possible solution is to flush each packet when its EOF has been successfully read from the core.
