When synthesizing a design, the following warning occurs:

"WARNING:HDLParsers:3530 - Time stamp of file "//AAA/BBB.vhd" is newer than current system time."

Solution

You can safely ignore this warning.

This warning is caused by different network drive times. For example, if ISE is run from the network while the HDL file is on a local drive, the system time might not always match one-to-one.
