CoolRunner-II - What happens if Vccint falls below the minimum Vccint and then powers up again?

Description

What happens if Vccint falls below the minimum Vccint and then powers up again?

Solution

If Vccint falls below the Vccint minimum, the CPLD should be powered down to below 0.25V for more than 100 mS before being brought back up. This will allow sufficient time for internal capacitance to discharge and the part to properly reconfigure.
