XCFxxP - What does the Done bit in the IR capture register represent?

Description

What does the Done bit in the IR capture register represent?

Solution

The DONE bit in the IR Capture provides the following:

After erase/program for any registers or data blocks, the respective DONE bits for those registers must be set. The DONE indicator which is reported during IR-CAPTURE, is set by ANDing the DONE bits from the blocks which are included in the selected revision.

The DONE indicator is updated on a device reset (CE rising edge, OE falling edge, CF rising edge, or PO) when external revision selection is enabled. The DONE indicator is updated through combinatorial logic when internal bitstream selection is enabled.
