8.1i Floorplanner - DPRAM components cannot be drag and dropped from one site to another

When I try to move a DPRAM component from one site to another, Floorplanner will not allow it. I can drag and drop it back to the original location, but not a new one. When will this be fixed?
Solution
This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.1i Service Pack available at:http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.1i Service Pack 3.
