8.1i ISE - Pushing the Insert key on the keyboard displays the Add Existing Source dialog box

The Insert key is used as an accelerator to open the Add Existing Source dialog box. However, when a document is open and active in the Text Editor or when the Project Navigator does not contain an open project, the Insert key is still opening the Add Existing Source dialog box..
Solution
This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.1i Service Pack available at:http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.1i Service Pack 3.
