I connected my Platform Cable USB to my PC, and the Windows Found New Hardware Wizard appeared.
I clicked the Next button in the Wizard, and I received the following message:
"Cannot Install this Hardware."
If this message appears, iMPACT will not connect to the cable. What happened?
The cable might be a low-power or low-power/lead-free version of the Platform Cable USB. If the Windows Found New Hardware Wizard is in the state shown in Figure 2, close the Wizard by clicking Cancel. Next, refer to (Xilinx Answer 23060) for the installation procedure.
