8.2i ISE - Project Navigator reruns Xplorer script unnecessarily after re-opening a project

After implementing my design in Xplorer mode, the project is closed and re-opened. The implementation processes are correctly shown as up-to-date (green check mark). However, when I select the Generate Programming File process, or any of the reports or views based on the implementation results, the Xplorer script starts again.
Solution
The Xplorer script should not be rerun since the processes needed to start the Generate Programing File process are all up to date. In order to run the process, change Xplorer mode to Off and then run the desired process.This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.2i Service Pack available at:

The first service pack containing the fix is 8.2i Service Pack 2.
