8.2i ISE - Project Navigator shows intermediate files generated by ISE processes in Sources window

Project Navigator lists report files and other generated files in the Sources window below the project name (where user documents are shown).

Solution

Files generated by Project Navigator processes will show up in the Sources window if the file is moved or deleted from the project directory outside of Project Navigator. This is only a visual issue and can be ignored.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.2i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.2i Service Pack 1.
