CORE Generator - Core Customization GUI does not open on Linux when the project directory is in "$Xilinx"
Description
If the CORE Generator project directory is a subdirectory of the "$Xilinx" path on Linux, the CORE Generator interface does not open a customization GUI, and results in the following error:
"ERROR:coreutil:4 - Couldn't open for writing"
Solution
Depending on the installation method and version, the DEFAULT location for a new CORE Generator project might be a subdirectory of the "$Xilinx" install path.To properly generate most cores, a CORE Generator project must be located outside of an ISE software installation.
