8.2i Floorplan Editor - Cannot allow a site after prohibiting it

After adding a PROHIBIT on a site in Floorplanner, there is no option to allow the tools to use the site again.
You can use the "DEL" key to remove the PROHIBIT, but Project Navigator does not allow you to save that change and the new UCF file still contains the prohibited site.
Solution
To work around this problem, manually remove the PROHIBIT from the UCF.This problem has been fixed in the latest 8.2i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 8.2i Service Pack 2.
