When the "-insert_pp_buffers true" option is used , NetGen generates an SDF file which does not have Delay/Timingcheck information for X_PLL_ADV.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in the latest 8.2i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the change is 8.2i Service Pack 3.
