Which boards support the System Monitor?

Solution

All devices support the System Monitor; a reference voltage must be supplied in order to use the System Monitor.  

 

The System Monitor is supported on the AFX boards, and the ML501, ML505, ML506, ML550 and ML561 boards. 

 

It is not supported on the ML523 and ML555 boards. 

 

On the ML523 board Vccaux is used as the power supply and reference for the System Monitor which is an unsupported configuration.
