9.1i Timing - The PAR / Timing Analyzer Report lists the valid temperature range to be -40.000 to 100.000 Celsius

What is the valid temperature range for prorating devices? When viewing the PAR / Trace report for Virtex devices, I see the following listed:

Initializing temperature to 85.000 Celsius. (default - Range: -40.000 to 100.000 Celsius).

The device family has been characterized over the -40 to 100 degrees Celsius. The timing analysis for all Xilinx devices is 0 to 85 Celsius. With the TEMPERATURE constraint, you can inform the timing analysis tools to use any temperature between -40 to 100 degree Celsius. The worst case analysis is based on the temperature of 85 degrees C and lowest voltage. The delay values will change, based on the TEMPERATURE constraint.
