AR# 24389 CORE Generator - The tab outlines of the IP views (View by function/name/Generated) are not visible on Windows XP 64-bit

The tab outlines for the CORE Generator IP views disappear after generating an IP core.

This is only a visual problem. The text on the tabs are still visible, and each tab can still be accessed.
