Why is the multiplier usage always zero when targeting Virtex-II/-II Pro and Spartan-3/E/A?

Solution

The LogiCORE Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) v4.0 and v4.1 can only report the multiplier usage for Virtex-4 and Virtex-5 devices.
