When an IP core is added to a project using the "Project -> Add Copy of Source..." option, the .xco file, the core netlist, and all of the supporting files for the core should automatically be copied to the project directory if they are located in the original location of the .xco file. In ISE 9.1i, this automatic file copy process is not occurring in most cases.
