A transmit packet discontinue from the PHY layer (lnk_tdst_dsc_n assertion) due to a retry condition along with a start of packet from the buffer (lnk_tsof_n assertion) will cause a stomped packet to incorrectly be sent after the Restart-from-Retry control signal.

Solution

Although this may affect the bandwidth, this is a recoverable protocol error.

This issue will be fixed in next version of serial Rapid IO Core.
