The Tools -> Software Updates selection is grayed. How do you select Software Updates in the CORE Generator software?

Solution

When no project is open, the Tools -> Software Updates menu selection is grayed. To work around this, use the Help -> Software Updates menu selection. Both selections perform the same task which is to call the Web Update Installer tool.
