Description

This error can occur when generating an IBERT Core in ChipScope 9.1i or 9.2i.

Solution

This issue occurs when running ChipScope CORE Generator on Windows. To work around this problem, use ChipScope CORE Generator on Linux. This issue is resolved in ChipScope Pro 10.1.
