What happens if Vcc falls below its minimum allowed level and then powers up again?

Solution

If Vcc falls below the Vcc minimum, the CPLD should be powered down to below 0.25V for more than 100 mS before being brought back up. This will allow sufficient time for internal capacitance to discharge and the part to properly reconfigure.
