How can I find where my order is?


Boards, Kits, Accessories and Silicon:   
For orders placed through a distributor, please contact the distributor directly for updated shipping information.
For orders placed via the Xilinx Online Store, submit a support request via the support web portal for assistance.

Please allow 48 hours after your order is submitted before requesting order status.

Software and IP

Software and IP products are fulfilled electronically.  

These orders are processed using the end customer's email address provided on the distributor's purchase order to Xilinx.  

Once the order has been processed by Xilinx, the end customer contact will receive an email notification at the email address provided on the purchase order or online order.  

The end customer contact can then log into their Xilinx electronic fulfillment account to access the entitlement for the product they wish to license.

For distribution orders, if you do not see the product entitlement available for licensing in your electronic fulfillment account, contact your distributor to confirm what email address was noted on your company's purchase order.

Xilinx Online Store Orders:  The contact person's email noted for the Ship To address will receive a product redemption voucher.  

If this person does not receive the email within 24 hours, please have them check their spam or junk mail box.

Distribution Orders:  

The contact person's email noted for the Ship To address will receive a New Product Purchase email.  

If this person does not receive the email within 24 hours, please have them check their spam or junk mail box. 

Once the email is received, the end user of the software or IP should log into their electronic fulfillment account to license their product.  

Please note, receipt of this email is not required before a user can license their product.  Once the product is available in their electronic fulfillment account, they are free to license.

Orders for Software DVDs:  Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks to receive your DVD order before requesting order status.  

To request the DVD's order status, please submit a service request.
