AR# 25228 9.2i CORE Generator - Generating the Serial RapidIO Core in batch mode causes a segmentation fault

Keywords: rapid, SRIO, command line

Generating the Serial RapidIO Core in batch mode causes a segmentation fault.

For example, running "coregen -b srio_v4_1.xco" results in the following message:

"Regenerating IP...
WARNING:sim:89 - A core named <srio_v4_1> already exists in the output directory. Output products for this core may be overwritten.

Segmentation fault (core dumped) command returned with 0"

To generate (or regenerate) this core, you must use the CORE Generator GUI.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 9.2i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 9.2i Service Pack 1.
