I am trying to open GDB. The "target selection" window keeps popping up and XMD closes and opens connections, constantly changing the port numbers as shown below:

Accepted GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1716
Closed GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1716

Accepted GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1718
Closed GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1718

Accepted GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1720
Closed GDB connection from 127.0.0.1 on port 1720

Solution

The GDB initialization files no longer match the current setup. Please refer to (Xilinx Answer 18703).
