When exporting an ISE project that has ModelSim as its simulator of choice (Source Control -> Export), the ModelSim install directory is listed as one of the sources. If the user proceeds without excluding this path, the staging area will include a copy of the ModelSim/win32pe folder.

To work around this issue, exclude the ModelSim install folder and xst folder via "Source files to exclude".

This problem has been fixed in the latest 9.2i Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp

The first service pack containing the fix is 9.2i Service Pack 3.
