Timing Improvement Wizard gives improper suggestions for improving the timing, which is very confusing.
For example, a statement claims that the net suffers from a high fanout of "1". However, fanout cannot be any lower than "1".
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the next major release of the design tools.
