AR# 29998 10.1 Constraints Editor - Pad group is incorrectly listed under "Input Register Group"

A pad group created by Group Constraints -> By Element Type does not get listed under "Input PAD Group" in the pad to setup window from the advanced tab. It gets incorrectly listed under "Input Register Group".

Solution

This problem has been fixed in the latest 10.1 Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm

The first service pack containing the fix is 10.1 Service Pack 2.
