In Project Navigator, two libraries with different HDL files with the same name are not handled correctly. Only one of the files is used for both libraries for synthesis and other processes. How do I resolve this issue?
There is no current method for working around this issue other than renaming one of the files so that each HDL file has an independent name from all other HDL files.
This problem will be fixed in the ISE 11.1.
