ISE - "Invalid command name" or design runs out of memory when running batch scripts under Windows XP Professional 64-bit

When using a batch script to implement my design on a Windows XP 64-bit machine, I receive an "Invalid command name" error or the design runs out of memory.

When you launch a batch script under Windows XP Professional 64-bit, it executes MS-DOS in 32-bit mode (C:/WINDOWS/system32/cmd.exe) instead of 64-bit mode (C:/WINDOWS/syswow64/cmd.exe).

Use syswow64/cmd.exe to execute the batch file.
