LogiCORE RapidIO - 8-byte SWRITE packets have missing EOF

When using SRIO in 16-bit DeviceID configuration, the core might receive 8-byte SWRITE packets on the treq interface with SOF, but they are not followed by EOF (treq_eof_n not asserted). This can lead to incomplete or incorrect packets.
Solution
