AR# 30358 10.1 Timing Constraints - OFFSET OUT without a requirement causes "ERROR:Pack:1653"

I receive the following error message after creating an OFFSET OUT constraint without a requirement:

"ERROR:Pack:1653 - At least one timing constraint is impossible to meet because
component delays alone exceed the constraint ...."

Solution

This problem has been fixed in the latest 10.1 Service Pack available at:
http://www.xilinx.com/support/download/index.htm
The first service pack containing the fix is 10.1 Service Pack 1.
