When I try to load my 9.2i Project Navigator ISE file in ISE 10.1, NGDBuild and the Constraints System generates a Segmentation Fault when running Translate.
Solution
To work around this issue, create a new Project Navigator ISE project/file in 10.1 ISE.
This issue will be resolved in a future release of the design tools.
