Designs that completed successfully in 9.2i using quotes around constraint requirement or value now fail with the following error:
"ERROR:ConstraintSystem:22 - In file: tmp.ucf(114): Invalid parameter '0.75' for constraint type 'OFFSET'. Expecting a value for the constraint's 'OFFSET' value that satisfies the following condition:The value must be text that matches the regular expression: *i:NONE"
This issue is scheduled to be fixed in the next major release of the software.
