Solution
At the time an order is booked, the person identified as the Ship To contact on the PO will receive an e-mail notification that the software is available in our Download Center with instructions on how to download and register the software. That person will also receive instructions on how to add additional users to the Download Center.If you do not know the Ship To contact or need additional help with products you feel you should be entitled to, please contact Software Customer Service in your region:
