Software Customer Service - I do not have access the the licenses that I expect
Description
I would like to generate new licenses from the Xilinx Entitlement Center:

However, I do not see the license I am attempting to generate.
Solution
At the time an order is booked, the person identified as the Ship To contact on the PO receives an e-mail notification that the software is available in our Download Center with instructions on how to download and register the software. That person also receives instructions on how to add additional users to the Download Center.
If you do not know the Ship To contact or need additional help with products you feel you should be entitled to, please contact Software Customer Service in your region:
- Canada, USA and South America: isscs_cases@xilinx.com
- Europe, Middle East, and Africa: eucases@xilinx.com
- Asia Pacific including Japan: apaccase@xilinx.com
Please note that in order for the Ship To contact person or a Xilinx Customer Service Representative to add you to the Download Center, they need the e-mail address you have currently associated with your Xilinx.com user ID.
