AR# 30592 Software Customer Service - I do not have access to the licenses that I expect

Description

I would like to generate new licenses from the Xilinx Entitlement Center:
http://license.xilinx.com/getLicense?group=esd_oms&tab=DownloadSoftware%20

However, I do not see the license I am attempting to generate.

Solution

At the time an order is booked, the person identified as the Ship To contact on the Purchase Order (PO) receives an e-mail notification that the software is available in our Download Center with instructions on how to download and register the software. That person also receives instructions on how to add additional users to the Download Center.

If you do not know the Ship To contact, or need additional help with products you feel you should be entitled to, contact your pointof purchase. You can review the sales link below.
