When using MPMC with ECC, the NPI_RdModWr signal is not effective; a read still occurs before a write, even if NPI_RdModWr is not asserted (possibly causing data corruption).
How do I resolve this issue?
A patch has been provided for MPMC v4.01.a. The patch and directions can be found at the following link:

To use the patch, copy the MPMC pcore from the Xilinx EDK area to the local project pcore directory, and overwrite the existing files with the new files from the appropriate directory.
This issue has been fixed starting in MPMC v4.02.a, to be released in EDK 10.1, Service Pack 2.
