When I add a signal to the ISim waveform, it does not appear at the bottom of the window. Why?

Solution

To work around this problem, undock the waveform. The scroll bar on the right will appear. Now, move the scroll bar to the bottom and redock it.

This issue has been fixed in ISE 11.1.
