10.1 PAR - Changes to PAD report, redefined Termination column and added Signal integrity column

What does the "Termination" column in CSV file entail? What is the difference between the Termination and Signal integrity columns?

The "Termination" column used to be called "Pullup Pulldown" in earlier versions of the ISE tools, but the name has changed to "Termination" in newer releases.

The use of the internal pullup/pulldown resistors reported in the "Termination" column is to pull the I/O to a known state, it should not be confused with termination resistors used to enhance signal integrity.

A new column "Signal Integrity" was added to the CSV file in the newer releases of ISE. It will have the values "DCI_Single, DCI_Split, DCI_Driver, and DiffTerm".
