AR# 31104 10.1 Constraints Editor - Not able to create NET OFFSET constraint using Constraints Editor

When trying to create a NET OFFSET Constraint, I find that a global constraint is created. There is no reference to the net name as expected.

Solution

This problem has been fixed in the latest 10.1 Service Pack 2 available at:
