AR# 31204 10.1 iMPACT - When I assign a .RBT or .bit file to my Spartan-3A device I cannot choose programming properties In SVF mode

Description

When I assign a <file_name>.RBT file to my Spartan-3A XC3S700A device, I cannot choose programming properties. All the options in the "Set Programming Properties" are greyed out. How can I work around this issue?

Solution
