When I attempt to open a project from ISE 8.xi on a Linux platform, Project Navigator 10.1 issues messages similar to the following that are followed by a segmentation fault:
"Beginning migration of /projects/test_project.ise
/projects/test_project.ise
This project was generated by a previous version of Project Navigator and must be updated to the new project format. Once this project has been updated you will no longer be able to open it with earlier versions of Project Navigator.
The existing project will automatically be archived and stored as /projects/test_projectise10migration.zip in the event you later decide to return to the older version.
Do you want to update the project?
WARNING: Project restore file (/projects/test_project.restore) not found. Attempting to do alternate project migration. If the project fails to open properly, it is recommended opening this project first in ISE version 9.1.02i or higher (which will generate the needed project restore file) and then open in this version of ISE.
