Transmit path (TX) lock up occurs because trn_tdst_rdy_n deasserts permanently.
Solution
There is a problem in the logic that works around the "TX Transmission Issues Due to Lack of Data Credits" known restriction in the block. The issue surfaces only if the link partner advertises infinite Posted data credits. This was found only in simulation, and it is unlikely that real hardware will advertise infinite posted data credits.Fixed in v1.9 available in 10.1sp3 IP Update 3.
